The EABA Elections Committee invites nominations for the EABA Board positions of 

• President
• Applied Science Representative
• Basic Science Representative

All EABA full members in good standing are invited to submit nominations for these positions by 24:00 (BST) on 11 May 2026. Full members may nominate themselves or another full member. If nominating someone other than yourself, please ensure that your nominee is also a full member in good standing and willing to stand as a candidate.

Once the nominations have been received, nominees will be asked to submit a brief candidate statement and a photo by 8 June 2026.

The elections will be conducted electronically via the EABA website, with the ballot box open from 29 June 2026 and voting closing at 24:00 (BST) on 30 July 2026. The election will be set up by our webmaster, Alan Aerts, and all members will receive an email with instructions once voting opens.

The newly elected Board members will be announced on 3 August 2026, with their terms officially starting on 1 September 2026. A handover period will take place during September, with full installation of the new Board members by 1 October 2026 (for two years).
